Cayuse manages operations at one of the nation’s busiest U.S. Air Force primary training ranges, skillfully and cost-effectively providing highly-varied and consistently exceptional services in UXO removal / characterization, target maintenance and construction, sortie scheduling, hazardous materials management, heavy equipment repair and maintenance, electronics repair and maintenance, roads and grounds maintenance and other duties.  Since 2012, Cayuse has staffed this 14,000+ acre site supporting training missions honing the skills of U.S. and allied military aviators and supporting service members with real-world target replications.

Indian Incentive Program (IIP)

The Indian Incentive Program is a congressionally sponsored program that provides a 5 percent rebate to a prime contractor on the total amount subcontracted to a Native American owned Economic Enterprise or Native American Organization in accordance with DFARS Clause 252.226-7001. Through the generation of subcontracts, the IIP serves as an economic multiplier for Native American communities. DoD prime contractors with a subcontract worth $500,000 or more that contains the DFARS clause are eligible for incentive payments.
